I. Terms explanation

1. User is a person who bought licence to use computer program and its parts.

2. Supplier is somebody who created or sold the program.

3. Computer program or software means program AMS and its parts.

4. Parts of program and its features are software modules, communication bridges, encrypting connections, database and other parts which are necessary in order to run the program.

5. Having a licence means that you have the creators permission to use the program and its parts.

II. Agreement with licence conditions.

1. Please read licence conditions carefully. By ticking I agree with licence conditions and installing the program and its parts you express you agreement with the conditions.If you will not agree with the conditions of this licence you will be unable to install the program and its parts.

III. Ownership

1. All rights belong to the creator.

2. Program features may contain third party parts. You agree with the licence conditions of the third party. Third-party licenses can be found at: www.system-is.com/licence.

3. User will have the right to use program only for his own needs.User will not gain any ownership rights.

IV. How to use the program and its features.

1. By buying the licence user will be able to use and its parts to the extent agreed upon with the supplier.

2. We recommend that the user will make a back up of software it order to archive files.

3. User cannot change the program features, decompile the source code or attempt to get parts of database and must protect program features from such activities.

4. User cannot sell program features to other persons nor can he transfer his rights to a third party.

5. User undertakes responsibility to protect program from unprofessional access of third party and other facts which could damage the program features.

6. User has duty to get to know the program functions and its features even those which are not explained in the manual.

7. User has duty to use program according to legislation.

V. Limited warranty.

1. By agreeing to the licence conditions user agrees that the program was not created according to his personal needs.

2. He also agrees that he has been informed about his duty to ensure that the program fulfills his needs before he paid for the licence.

3. User confirms that he has been able to try out a demo version in real situation.

4. User accepts the fact that errors may occur within development of program features. These errors are fixed as they occur by the program creator during updates of the program and its parts.

5. Creator and suppliers supply the program and its features in the current state with its errors. .

6. Creator and suppliers are not responsible for errors which occured as a result of incorrect use such as manual data deletion, failure of technology and so on.

7. Creator and suppliers are not responsible for mistakes in calculated results even if these occured due to errors in the program.

VI.Remote support and updates.

1. Client is entitled to remote support and program updates free of charge within 3 months of purchasing licence.

2. This support includes telephone helpline, text helpline via integrated text text client within the program as well as from the creators websites.

3. Purchase of this support is voluntary. Client is obliged to purchase the support not even after the 3 months limit during which the support is free expires.

4. Purchased support is always for a period of one calendar year from the day of purchase.

5. Price of the service is 30 percent prices of purchased licenses for the calendar year.

6. If you purchase support additionaly you need to purchase program updates separately if these were published during time when support was not paid for. Reward for additional updates purchase is 15 percent discount for every previous year.

VII. Failure to comply with conditions of the license agreement .

1. In case user breaks licence agreement conditions he looses all rights to use program and its features.
